Olivia and Courtney met in college and bonded over their love of food. In their last year of school, they dreamt up the idea of creating Elevated Eats over a coffee date in Downtown Detroit. Their friendship has now evolved into a business partnership. Through Elevated Eats, they continue to support each other as they grow individually and professionally.


Together, Olivia and Courtney specialize in small-batch THC infused ice cream and curated private dinner parties. Through these mediums, they focus on supporting women-owned and local businesses while sourcing ingredients from local farmers' markets and specialty grocery stores.
